The cat is out of the bag now about the effectiveness of Approval Based, Self-Service Pricing. Thunderstone recently began using EchoQuote and the results have been, well, amazing.

The bottom line is that providing a pricing mechanism on a business’s website used to be taboo; but now it can mean the difference between being in a deal or not. The main difference is that EchoQuote does not promote publishing pricing but rather using the promise of pricing to engage the prospect.
At a 48% conversion rate can you afford not to try it?

That is an awsome conversion rate. It was wierd though because when I went to their site, i did not see any pricing. I did not sign up for Marketing Sherpas free trial and so I did not read the full case study. What are your thoughts?
The link to the Self-Service Pricing portal is located in the Search Appliance (both Standard and Parametric) sections. Look in the left sidebar.
I believe their lead conversions would triple if they would move the link out to the main sidebar on each page. They have great products and loyal customers!
